Incubation, brooding, hovering! What does this mean to us. There had been a formless mass upon the empty earth...the Holy Spirit began to sit upon the darkness and incubated, brooded and hovered over the spoken Word that was delivered by our God, Let there be Light (Light Be) and Light Was! God saw that it was good...and separated the light from the darkness...day and night, the first day. Gen. 1:1-5 I love the patterns in scriptures that can show us how to have the faith of God, or have faith in God. We have been given the power of our words to speak the oracles of God and agree with him. The Holy Spirit that He sent to us will also begin to brood, hover, and incubate the living and life filled words that he wants us to speak concerning what has been given to us.
