Indian Army in Kashmir is claiming that they have saved about 1.2 lakh stranded people in flood hit jammu and Kashmir,,, i believe with their 3-4 choppers on service and 30-40 boats on ground, since about a week they could have managed to save few thousands only that too their special ones and tourists and few locals. be logical a chopper can accommodate 10-12 people when over crowded, a boat can manage 8-10 people when over crowded, apply simple calculations and find out the results. CHOPPER RESCUE-one chopper maximum sorties a day 10 so all 4 chopper total sorties 40 in a day, so total people rescued by choppers in one day 400-500, therefore total people rescued by choppers since one week will be about 3000-3500. BOAT RESCUE-one boat maximum turns (sorties) a day 10, so all boat sorties 400 in a day, so total people rescued by boats in a day 3200, therefore total people rescued by boats since one week will be about 22400 TOTAL NO. OF PEOPLE RESCUED WILL BE-3500+22400=2 5900 maximum.!!!! THis means almost 26000(maximum)( including tourists n their other government officals) expected to be rescued by army! what media is saying does t make any sense ... 1.2 lakh is a huge no. ... its means 100s of boats n helicopters!! while there are just handful of helicopters n boats! ??????????????i f its 1.2 lakh where have they kept such a huge no. of people???????? army has released the list of people in which just thousands of peoples names are present!! where are the names of other people they rescued??????? atleast they should show the names of 60 to 70 thousand people??? they show just thousands of peoples names they rescued ?? what have they one with other 1 lakh people????????? ??? !!!!!!!!!!!plea se media n army be logical!!!!!!!! !!!!! That means out of total 1.2 lakh people rescued, about 1 lakh have been rescued by the local heroes/ volunteers, whose efforts Indian biased media never showed to the world..!!! majority of locals were rescued by locals themselves!! THE SITUATION ON THE GROUND IS MAJORITY OF PEOPLE WERE RESCUED BY LOCALS which i proved above how!!! so army be logical n don t make funny claims!! there is limit of funny stuff!!
