Indian River Trail Report: DATE: Friday, 3-14-14, 11 am BASE: 10-12 PAST 24 Hrs: Under 32 to over 32 degrees CONDITION: Good--smooth and flat-just no fresh snow Click for Indian River Michigan Forecast Michigan Snowmobile Trails Its Friday and its pretty quiet around here...The sky is gray and we have some wind out there. The wind is probably what brought us the warmer temps overnight. It was in the 20s all day but this morning we awoke to temps around 37. The trails have been groomed and they are super flat. Theres no fresh snow over them but there is some loose snow for riders, to keep sleds from overheating. Todays warmth will melt some snow but it wont destroy the base. We arent supposed to be over freezing the rest of the weekend. Not sure well see any fresh snow either. We still have very good riding conditions. Its just getting to be that time of year...Have a good weekend!
