Indian army responds well to Porkistani firing Union Defence Minister Arun Jaitley on Saturday said that the Indian Army and Border Security Force are responding effectively to the repeated ceasefire violations by Pakistan. The Supreme Court on Saturday refused to postpone the UPSC preliminary examination. Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan said her denying LoP post to Congress was based on rules and tradition and that the Supreme Court had made no observation against her. The Reserve Bank of India said that all transactions involving domestic credit cards must follow rules requiring additional verification. The first indigenously-built stealth anti-submarine warfare corvette ‘INS Kamorta’ was commissioned by Defence Minister Arun Jaitley at the Visakhapatnam Naval dockyard on Saturday.
