Infinite Love for Natalie Grace 7 minutes ago Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I want you to meet Veronica and her beautiful 3-year-old, blue-eyed boy Liam. Thanksgiving, and every day after, will never be the same for the Webb family as last Saturday sweet Liam took his last breath. Instead of having their friends and family fly in to feast over a delicious Thanksgiving spread, they’re flying in for the unthinkable, to pay last respects to this brave little boy as his funeral is being held tomorrow. I’m not sharing this heart-wrenching news to purposely start your day off with tears…I’m sharing it with you as a wake-up call to grab some much needed perspective in your own life, so that you can truly take a step back today to witness just how blessed you are. Sure your life is not perfect, we all would change things here and there, and it’s absolutely not practical to be grateful 100% of the time…and yes, of course our kids drive us nuts at different points in the day. But look at the BIG picture here…if you have a job and can pay your bills, if you have a warm home with a refrigerator filled with food, if your children are relatively healthy, if you yourself have your health…well then you have PLENTY to be grateful for, in fact I’d say your life is pretty damn good! So no stress today, no drama. Trade in the dressed-up attire for something cozy that you’ll easily be able to wrestle and play with your kids in. Say Happy Thanksgiving to everyone on Facebook then UNPLUG!! APPRECIATE your kids, your family…every moment, just soak it in, and while you do, take a few moments to send warm thoughts to the Webb family, to the Edel’s, the Venezia’s…to all of the families out there who are missing their babies with the kind of pain we (with our children) could never even begin to fathom. Also, while you’re counting your blessings and saying your prayers, send some strength to the MANY families currently fighting this beast alongside their children. So many of these families are stuck in the hospital today (and many more days on out), these families are thankful that their child has another day to fight, they’re praying for small (and big) miracles every single day. With this, I ask you again, take a step back today and just BE present! To all the small fighters (here and gone), the Verdone-Gorsegner families will be thinking of you today as we do each and every day. With love, Andrea P.S. Please read this quick post from Liam’s mom and leave the family a comment to show your support. https://facebook/linkupforliam Link Up for Liam On April 11th, Carli took her 3 year old son, Liam, to the doctor because for a few weeks he had been holding his head to one side. The doctor sent them home with orders to ibuprofen it and a specialist appointment in June. Using that powerful mothers intuition, she and her husband, Christian, took...
