Responsibilities: End to End execution of marketing campaigns, including ideation, creation of marketing tools, distribution of marketing materials in various media, measurement and analysis of impact. Execution of SEO/SEM, social media campaign, and email marketing, on a continuous basis (including Kaskus, FB, Twitter, Kompasiana, newsletter, etc) Continuous review and active management of website, blog, and other online assets Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies Monitoring competitor activity and evaluating marketing campaigns Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups Organizing photo and video shoots, if necessary Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or IT graduates. Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong understanding of current online campaign/marketing concepts, strategy and best practice. Previous experience in digital marketing and marketing communication is preferred. Passionate in social business / social entrepreneurs will be a plus.
