Information and Communications Technology Officer Chambeshi Water & Sewerage Company Limited Job Purpose Maintain and control all aspects of information communication technology to ensure availability and usability in the enhancement of operation of the oganization. Also ensure efficient storage and utilization of ICT equipment. Main Duties and Responsibilities - Ensure that you understand the mission and company information needs the formulate and implement strategies to achieve those needs. - Ensure IT equipment and networks are in order - Integrity and security of data through backups, access control and antivirus protection - Formulate and implement annual plans and budget with regard to ITC. - Ensure proper maintenance of various databases such as NIS and billing systems. - Keep management informed of development in ITC field. - Training and support to all users QUALIFICATIONS Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 O levels credits including English and Mathematics. Higher Diploma in Computer Science or Related Diploma in ITC Discipline.
