Information on Janet Weimer and her Services : Janet K. Weimer, 67, of Solsberry passed away Sunday January 19, 2014 at her residence. Born January 19, 1947 in Bloomington, the daughter of Maurice C. and Frances (Conard) Rogers. Janet worked for Indiana University and was an instructional aid at Eastern Elementary School. She was a member of the Solsberry Christian Church, and was an Avon representative for years. Surviving relatives include her husband James S. Weimer of Solsberry, two daughters, Jennifer (Kirby) George of Owensburg and Jill Weimer of Solsberry. She has three grandchildren, Kelsey and Mason George of Owensburg and Joel Weimer of Solsberry. She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson, Devin Riley George. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Solsberry Christian Church, and 10 a.m. Thursday until the hour of service at the Church. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the Solsberry Christian Church with Rev. Don Thie officiating and Stewart Cobine, Fred Piper and Keevin Gray assisting. Burial will follow at Solsberry Cemetery. The family wishes any donations be made to the Solsberry Christian Church or the Solsberry Cemetery.
