Information on crimes Sergiy Shoigu - Defense Minister Russian Federation in English Please MAXIMAL REPOST Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has opened the criminal proceedings regarding Shoigu and Malofeyev incriminating them aiding and abetting of terrorism. Main Investigation Department of Interior Ministry of Ukraine has opened criminal proceedings for the Russian Federation citizens Shoigu S.K. and Malofyeyev K.V. on the grounds of a criminal offense under Part 3, 5 of Art. 27, Part 5 of Art. 260 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. As a result of the inspection conducted by the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine it was found that during the period from March 2014 up until now, with the support of officials from the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, headed by Shoigu S.K. a sequence of illegal armed groups currently operating in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine were formed. Illegal armed formations which are commanded by Russian citizens, perform systematic armed assaults and robbery of the public authorities, the Armed Forces and the National Guard of Ukraine, enterprises and organizations, which led to many blood and treasure losses, severe damages, and other serious consequences. The investigation established that the following persons may be related to committing the mentioned-above acts: Sergei Kuzhuhetovych Shoigu, born in 1955, a citizen of the Russian Federation, the Minister of Defense, who organized the illegal armed formations of unidentified people on the territory of Ukraine, illegal activity of which resulted in death and other serious consequences (Part 3 of Art.27 and Part 5 of Art. 260 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Malofyeyev Konstantin Valeriyevich, born in 1974, a citizen of the Russian Federation, entrepreneur, who is suspected of funding the illegal armed formations of unidentified people on the territory of Ukraine, illegal activity of which resulted in death and other serious consequences (Part 3 of Art.27 and Part 5 of Art. 260 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Currently, the Main Investigation Department of Interior Ministry of Ukraine takes measures envisaged by Ukrainian legislation to involve the Russian Federation citizens SK Shoigu S.K. and Malofyeyev K.V. in participating in the investigation. In the event of default of the mentioned persons to assist, the law enforcement investigation will be compelled by law to take actions as regards to forcing the citizens arrival to the call site. Further on, the court may choose the detention as a preventive measure with regard to mentioned persons and then put them on the wanted list.
