Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. Martin - TopicsExpress

Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. Martin Luther King, Jr. T They came for the businessman, they converted his foreign accounts to cedis at a rate they deemed fit, they made it impossible for him to withdraw his own money. Because you were not a businessman you thought it wasnt necessary speaking up you said you couldnt be bothered about the plight of the businessman. Several businesses collapsed as a result. Instead, you hailed the crude policy and described it as laudable. The dollar was 2.5 cedis its 2.9 today! Has the policy been useful or useless? Populists policies that are not thoroughly thought through. Today this is what theyre telling you: 1. You check your balance from the ATM and youre charged 5 cedis. 2. You check from the teller and youre charged 5 cedis. 3. You withdraw 5 cedis and youre charged 5 cedis. 4.You deposit money and youre charged 5 cedis. In effect, all youve done is to dash the government and the bank 5 cedis for free. For every transaction, youre charged an equivalent of about $2!!! And these bunch of clueless, Visionless and purposeless nation wreckers call themselves SOCIALISTS, ironically, though I wouldnt wanna belabour the obvious but everything this government has done is anti-poor and only seek to enrich its cronies to the detriment of the ordinary poor/average Ghanaian. This is what the new regulations say. Now let me see your hands if you voted for the NDC and have not regret. If you indeed voted for the NDC and you still feel proud about it, you need a brain scan.
