Inme inventure Updates – 25th Oct. –Update 1 ------------------------------------------------------ Grade 6 – Coorg ---------------------- Children woke up to another beautiful day! Seems like the clouds and sun are playing hide and seek. All the children are off for wilderness craft and will learn shelter making, how to find directions and survival in the outdoors. Being the last day on camp, all were more enthusiastic to make the most of it. The children return to camp by lunch time. Lots planned for the evening! Grade 7 – Yercaud ------------------------ It rained on camp last night and children slept to the sound of pitter patter on their tents. Weather cleared in the morning and activities are on track. One group has gone for biking, one group is doing the zip line at the Ropes course and the third group is preparing for the talent show to be held this evening. Lots of excitement as the children are determined to make the most of the last day on camp. Emotions are high and seems like the children want to extend their stay at camp!! Grade 9 – Coorg ----------------------- Activities groups have swapped today. Children will now do the second activity. Bikers are going through their introduction and briefing session and the other group is at the ropes course. Last evening, there was a very good discussion around gender. The children thanked the campus chief and said they have taken lots from the session. The chief has especially said that the group is a delight to have on camp and it is rare to see children so open to learning. They will return to camp by lunch time. Weather is clear and the children absolutely love the experience! ___________________________________________________
