Inna lilaji wa inna illahi rajiun. A few days ago a brother in Savannah went a little before zuhr prayer to the masjid to take care of some masjid related issues, he was found later collapsed on the floor of the wudu area, he was conected to machines in the hospital till today when he passed away. This came as a shock to so many of us cause he was a well known member in the comunity, but as it makes us reflect on ourselves, lets think how many of us will be resurrected doing some tribal thing like watching tv or updating our facebook status, how many will be resurrected doing some haram action while it will be a few that will be resurrected while worshipping Allah, May Allah accept it from him and resurrect him on the Day of Judgment in the state that he was when he lost his consciousness: fasting and taking care of one of the masjids of Allah, may Allah accept all the good he did in his life and specially all the good he did for the comunity in savannah, may He forgive any shortcommings and grant him jannah and reunite him there w his wife, kids and grandkids, May Allah give strenght and patience to his family.
