Input from ALL Required - With some interesting conversations taking place and the next board meeting on Saturday, it was decided that you all should provide ideas/thoughts and have some input to the first major Shootout Event. Now, no sooking or bagging other people for their thoughts, just straight up post your info & thoughts so it can be complied and added into the next meetings agenda. This is your chance to have constructive input, utilise it. Dont forget get to number your response as per below to keep it relevant and tidy please.. 1. Tyres - What Type, Brand, Size or just straight up if your game to drive 96klms on them well you deserve to use them?? Different in certain classes? 2. Fuel - Thoughts? 3. Other thoughts on brackets, restrictions, etc... Just to keep all informed to help with some of the queries; there will be a few classes e.g. - 1. Open Class (All Star Street Car Outlaw) - V8 and larger cylinder engines, with any type of forced induction e.g. Blower, Turbo/s, Nos. 1.1) V8 Aspirated (All Star Real Street Car) - V8 Aspirated 2) 6cly Outlaw & 6cly Aspirated 3) 4cyl Outlaw & 4cyl Aspirated Notes: A)The drive to the track from starting point is 96klms. B) There is a limit on the amount of time you have got to get there as well. C) The tyres you have on from the starting point are the ones you will be racing with D) The car as it sits and inspected at the starting point is exactly how it will be raced, no changes when you get there. E) Minimal adjustments at the track are allowed: Timing, Refuelling, etc. (full list will be socialised next week) F) Cars are allowed to be trailered from the track once competed, no one expects some of these to be driven home... I actually have doubts some of them will even make the drive there.
