Insanity. "David Cameron and his defence secretary made it clear on Monday that they believed there was no need for a debate, arguing that Britain needed to maintain its [..] legacy of the cold war. That, they insist, will involve building a new fleet of four Trident submarines, officially estimated to cost between £20bn and £25bn." No need for debate. And estimated costs are always spot in in these cases, are they not? Reducing the fleet to 3 or even 2 nuclear capable submarines as LibDem might suggest (oohh, the *courage*)? No need for debate. I second that. No need for debate. Scrap the lot of them, warmongering fascists. guardian.co.uk/uk-news/2013/jul/15/trident-downgrade-reckless-philip-hammond
