Insanity Max 30- Day 4...Back to Tabata Power. This workout has a 20 second on, 10 second off structure. Today was tough. I didnt get an opportunity to max out because I kept getting interrupted and I had to take unplanned breaks. It was still a good workout. One of the moves I have a love/hate relationship with is the moving plyo push-ups. I mentioned before that this workout can be modified, so I included the modified version. You cant tell, but I am on my knees.
