Insert 67 When we got home I called Mpho asking her to bring me Ayandas spare house keys since she had them The next morning I woke up at around 11 if Im not mistaken, I then started cleaning and took a bath when I was done Khenzo had offered to help me with what I had planned for uAyanda.. After we were done with everything we then left for Riebeeck, when we got there We started tidying up around where we felt was necessary and then we started with the cooking, while Khenzo was busy with that I then took the roses I had bought and started taking out the petals and laid them on the floor leading to the back Yard where I had a table set with candles, wine, some lilies and plates that we were gonna use for the main course le starter which were of course prepared by Khenzo and I I then moved to the bedroom and put rose petals on the bed and di candles near the fire place, and everywhere where I could I checked the time when we were done and it was around 4:30 Ayanda was due in 30 minutes so I went to go change into a more suitable outfit I asked Khenzo to light the candles in the bedroom just after Ayandas arrival well since she was gonna be the dessert.. :p Near the rose petals on the floor we then decided to put candles and lit them While we were busy with that I heard Ayandas car pulling over, I then got up and went to the bark yard and lit the candles that were on that table I then stood there waiting for uAyanda to make her way to the back yard.. When she finally did her eyes caught up with me and the look on her face was so priceless, I then walked over to her and held her hand.. Me: happy birthday sthandwa sam, I know its not much but its the least that I could do.. She then took a look around and then drew her attention back to me.. Her: here I was thinking it slipped your mind this is so beautiful sthandwa sam She then hugged me and we went over to the table I pulled out a chair for her to sit on and poured some wine for us shortly after sitting down Since Khenzo was serving us, she brought the food to us and uBaby and I dug in Ayanda kept looking at me, with her smile failing to fade away.. Me: I bought you a lil something but nzokupha later mos? Her: why not now? Me: because I want you to enjoy this first and not have it spoiled if you dont like what I got you.. She then giggled ga nyane I then just looked at her for a moment.. Her beauty took me over, her smile was just so amazing.. Her: keng? Why you looking at me like that I was lost in my own thoughts so I didnt hear her Me: huh? O reng? Her: whats got your mind so occupied? Me: you of course She then blushed and her eyes couldnt bare looking into mine so she looked away.. I then put my hand on the across the table insuring that I had her hand in mine Me: you know when I first met you my life was so filled with darkness and you managed to shed so light, I had never thought such a thing called happiness would dare invade my sadness, you changed me, you are my smile, the reason why I believe in tomorrow, when I told you that you are the best thing that ever happened to me I was being for real, you introduced me to a new me, the love have you in indescribable and I live better everyday knowing that I have someone like you I love you Ayanda Booi with every fiber in my body and with every shred of my soul Our little moment was then slightly disturbed by Khenzo serving us the main course When she left I could notice tears in Ayandas eyes.. Me: did I say something wrong? Her: no not at all sthandwa sam I then got up from my seat and went over to her she stood up from her chair and we stood there and I wiped her tears away and kissed her before sitting back down We then enjoyed the food and of course we were making small talk but I couldnt help but feel a sad vibe coming from AyandA Me: baby uright? Her: yeah ndiright baby its just that this whole thing took me by surprise, this is the best thing that anyone has ever done for me, I wont lie I was used to my ex girlfriends not really doing anything for me so I didnt expect much from you, I was always taken for granted and with you! Hell Lerato your like the only person who seems to care about me more than anything else Me: well Im different and I would never in a million years take you for granted.. I then got of my chair and went over to her, reached out for her hand Her: where you taking me? I then winked at her and bit my lower lip She then got up and I led her to the bedroom.. :p
