Insurance rates on automobiles should be under some sort of Gov. mandate..I have never caused an accident or had one that was my fault....a while back I changed from Farmers ins group because they kept raising my rates only had one claim for hail dammage on my truck..and every 6 mos they raised my rates for this that or the other, so i got tired of it and changed, now im with state farm and they just sent me a letter in the mail wanting to make sure their records stay updated, wanting me to tell them how many miles my truck has on it and making sure im not driving it over a certain amount of miles a day..i three vehicles and my house with them..what difference does it make how many miles i drive my vehicles as long as im paying my premiums and not filing claimes everytime i turn around...so fed up with the way insurance companies charge...the hail damage i had on my truck with the previous co..sent a woman adjuster out to handle the claim..i wstched her do the inspection and she told me the damage to my bed rails was normal ware and tare and i know for a fact the hail dented my bed rails...i used to help the adjuster at Richardson Auto when i worked there and i know what hail damage looks like i also helped the paintless dent repairman work on the vehicles...you pay your dues and they want more and dont want to give you any of your money back when you have a claim....R-I-D-ICILOUS.......
