However what I always say to my organisation is Take your eyes off the money and focus on the people, because if you do that, you will always make the money! If you look at most of the successful people, they are people that have other people at their heart. They are not just spamming links, they are adding true value, they are people that will not just pitch you their business, but they will find out about YOU first to see if there is a match. Most people in our industry, especially online have the wrong attitude and because of that, they may as well be playing the lottery! Think about it, yo are reading my post at the moment, but how many spammy pitches posts have you seen in Facebook groups, compared to the posts that are sharing true value? I am so greatful for the online training community that I belong to that shows serious people how to be people of value. Whether you are marketing offline or online the principal is the same, if you want to be attractive to people so that they will join you in what you are doing, first be valuable to them.
