Intel STS and Intel ISEF finalist Joshua Meier discusses science competitions, his research and more: Before college visits, I emailed professors, asking if we could discuss research while I was in town. At times, I had to send multiple emails to get a response, but the conversations were always valuable. Several professors even invited me to work in their labs! I spent a summer at Harvard Medical School, using advanced equipment to perform additional experiments.
