Intending Pilgrims in Niger State Advised to Attend On-going Hajj Training Exercise. Intending Pilgrims to this year’s Hajj from Niger State have been called upon to attend the on-going training organized by the state Shari’ah Commission. The Secretary of the Commission, Barrister Mohammed Awal Bida made the call while speaking with journalists on the training of intending pilgrims to the holy land. The Secretary, who spoke through Malam Yahaya Zango, said the training was a significant aspect leading to the hajj proper adding that it enables the intending pilgrims to acquire more knowledge on how to perform the exercise. He said also it makes their hajj performance easier. One of the instructors of the training, Malam Aliyu Usman Sarki stated that the training, which had been on for more than one week, was expected to end on the day the participants would commence the journey to the holy land. He said the training was to enable the participants know the rudiments of the hajj operation and urged them to be attentive.
