Participants will be given constructive feedback on their individual performance by the judges. DECA is a business-orientated competition organised by the Distributive Education Clubs of America. The following categories are available for DECA 2013: ACCOUNTING CORPORATE FINANCE SALES & RETAIL MANAGEMENT BUSINESS LAW & ETHICS ASSET MANAGEMENT HOTEL MANAGEMENT MARKETING MANAGEMENT ENTREPRENEURSHIP In each category, participants are given a case study and role play as a consultant or an executive, who has been tasked by the client/superior (played by the judge) to present a solution to a problem.
