Interesting. I sold a house recently. Had the inspection today & we looked at the other side of the house. Neighbors concrete driveway & 6 fence go right to the house! I said the property line could not be the house! Dug around a little, help from First American Title, no recorded easement. Listing agent emails me the sellers Location Survey with 5 1/2 encroachment. If seller takes back land, neighbor cannot access garage. Geez! Buyer wants the land. I would, too. Oh, did I mention this is not on the States Seller Disclosure?
