Interesting conversations here with some powerful women at the Forbes Womens Summit. I was sharing about my next course 7 Weeks to a Higher Power and received many comments that I was brave to cross this line. (You can see the course at tinyurl/FBHigherPower.) I knew what they meant. Being vulnerable and open IS the new brave. The new daring. (Or Daring Greatly, per Brene Brown.) I realize I cant say one thing to please everyone. (Especially here on Facebook!) If I say God then people are offended. If I say Spirit then people are offended. If I say Source or Universe then people are offended. Some of the comments were meant to hurt. Some have been sad. But I knew that came with the territory. And MOST have been wonderful and some even brought me to happy tears. And it is ALL worth it. It hurt me more NOT to go here. This feels right. I am a businesswoman and a leader *and* I am sharing about my own spirituality and love for humanity. I am a human, whole person. And I am LOVING creating and delivering this course to help women (and men) tap into their own higher power. Its changed my life.
