Thats why my office has adopted a #ToughAndSmart approach to fighting crimes and addiction in communities across New York: Not only have we busted 18 major drug rings - taking more than 3,800 grams of heroin off of our streets - but our #OAGCOP program has also equipped police statewide with #naloxone, to stop overdose and give countless New Yorkers a second chance.
