Interesting graffiti in Krakow. The Bullhorn of Freedom - Walking the Kazimierz section of Krakow, Poland I found a lot of interesting graffiti on the walls. This is a large one and also one that I think is both clever and meaningful. Im Happy Again - Another graffito in the Kazimierz section of Krakow, Poland. This area was primarily Jewish prior to WWII and suffered greatly when the Nazis moved all the Jews from Kazimierz into overcrowded ghettos across the river. Many of the displaced Jews died in the ghetto while most of the survivors eventually died in concentration camps like Auschwitz just outside of Krakow. Kazimierz is largely Jewish again. Nice to see such interesting graffiti on the walls with a happier message from Gene Kelly and Singing in the Rain. Thanks to Cezary Strumnik for suggesting I visit Krakow.
