Interesting how the Brown family wanted to portray themselves as such peaceful people. Yet here we see the mother clearly getting the crowd riled up. We hear people saying things such as were gonna burn this mother down, which is exactly what they did. It was clear Ms. Brown wanted to see the destruction that later occurred. It could have been an opportunity for a community to come together and work to fix a system they feel is broken but instead they chose to take to the streets like animals and destroy their own community. Its pathetic and speaks clearly to the character of these people. They had no intention of a peaceful protest. I believe had there been an indictment filed there would have been the same outcome because they were looking for an excuse to cause violence, create damage and loot buildings. Purely out of opertunistic nature. This teenager committed a robbery and then attacked a police officer with the intent to cause him great physical harm if not death. A grand jury after all evidence and testimony found this to be true. Numerous testimonies even had to be recanted after physical evidence proved them to be false. As these so called upstanding community members out right lied in the attempt to falsely accuse a police officer. Everyone seems to overlook the fact that had this man not committed the crime none of this would have happened. Or if he had even surrendered to the officer after being caught it all could have been avoided. He chose not to do either and therefore died as a consequence. Its his fault alone for the outcome.
