Interesting .... i wore a black beanie and black scarf that covered my head and hair most of the day...well i have to say the terrible looks I got from ignorant people who assumed I was Muslim. I often wear this head dress in cold weather.. it is nearly snowing here and the rain is unbelievable... i got a snap shot of what it must be like to be Muslim here in country Australia..... lots of nasty looks. A man in one country town was literally standing on the road and staring at me in an aggressive way till i left! (I was at my post office box!!! ) . I had about 8 incidences in a few hours... Just so you all know, I married into an Arab family.. they are not Muslim but we have many lovely Muslim friends.... anyway for all my Muslim friends... today, I understood for a few hours what you all deal with everyday xxxxxx
