Interesting new case: Is the statement you make on Facebook judged through the lenses of an ordinary, average person as a threat? Or, since on Facebook you can limit your posts to those who know you and know your sense of humor, is it judged through the lens of the people who know you? Warning: Currently, its usually an average person, thereby limiting your speech only to what is easily digestible for a mass audience, even if you only meant it to be read by your Facebook family.
