Interesting night in our street. Early night planned and then knocks on the window. We were summoned to attend to a dog stuck under a gate. Calls to the emergency vet and then two different councils resulted in our council trying to reach the owner. Meanwhile it seemed like the dog had injured his back legs. Unfortunately (lol) after a call from the council the owner got home before the fireies arrived (very sad Pauline) and we found the poor baby was 14 and arthritic which was why the poor thing couldnt get himself out even when we lifted the gate off him. The owner lifted him onto his feet and all was well. Hopefully all will be ok and the woman doesnt report the owner as she threatened.
