Interesting place in Taichung that I guess is fashioned after an old library. The food was just ok. We get there for the afternoon tea menu as lunch had ended already. The ice cream was misleading. Not very creamy and just ok. I think ice cream here is more water based. I think people come here more for the atmosphere than the food, which was expensive for what we ordered and not even anything to rave about. Tripadvisor recommended this place.
