Interesting read about the way ObamaCare was craftily devised to put one over on the stupidity of the American voter and how the law was crafted to try to coerce the states to set up their own exchanges. Now that a case is being heard by the Supreme Court which threatens to outlaw subsidies to participants in the 37 states that didnt set up an exchange, and threatens to effectively abolish ObamaCare in those 37 states (and possibly make it economically infeasible), the Administration is trying to argue that the language they drafted was just sloppy and not what was intended. Yeah, right. Lets see how stupid the Supreme Court justices are...
