These people do not claim the income coming in from scores of puppies. I once heard a gal from the Carman, Manitoba area boast to me, I do not have to work, I make 16-19k tax free a year from selling puppies. I get to stay home. This same person sold Parvo Beagle Puppies to unsuspecting purchasers from the Winnipeg area. At any given time, she has anywhere from 13-20 puppies for sale year round. Areas in Manitoba known for their out of control Back yard Breeders include: Steinbach, (a mecca for those looking for a small or Toy Breed) Beausejour Area. Even with a retired Provincial Vet on Council in Town, the breeding continues. Carman, Elm Creek Area. Elm Creek is famously known for one guy who actively promotes Horse Meat, Auction, and transport to slaughter. ( A lot of Folks try to over bid him at Bluemenort Auctions but they just cannot keep up) These are Areas identified as needing a overhaul in the large task of Backyard and Puppy Mill Breeders. More money is needed, more people reporting Non claiming Income Tax people, and a better system to Report these Income Tax invaders on the Federal Level. More volunteers are needed to report these sellers to the kijiji stop selling puppies FB page listed below. ~~ Debra
