Interesting reading, there is a lot of interesting work around the power of introverts and their different, but effective, leadership style. Great quote from Berkeley professor, Dacher Keltner: The quieter types are starting to gain influence as leadership theory and management technique evolve. The super pushy, assertive types arent going to be as influential as the person who builds through quiet means, strong collaboration.
