Interesting subject on the radio discussing human behavior. It pretty much concluded that people that exhibit bizarre repetitive behavioral patterns, typically have a bad combination of being emotional and impulsive simultaneously. Every time they get emotional, their impulses will take over causing them to make bad decisions before calming down. When they are not at an emotional state of anger, they are typically good people showing no signs of mental problems. Think about people that you know, or knew from the past that seems to keep make terrible decisions without learning. I bet you will notice that they are both emotional and impulsive. Reacting too soon is breaking the first rule of a crisis situation. Impulse control!!
