Interesting to watch football guys try to deal with the Ray Rice situation. (Baltimore Ravens running back, captured on video beating up his wife). Guys who are so articulate describing quarterback reads facing a cover two, stumbling over their words trying to deal with the reality of domestic violence. Theyre clearly horrified by the video, clearly appalled, but also uncomprehending. Law enforcement had that video in February. No charges filed. How? Roger Goodell, NFL commissioner, knew about it, gave Rice a 2 game suspension. Thats all? How? Rices wife defends him? How? Decent men, at a complete loss. And no women on the show.
