Interesting, we state that “the NDC is the NLC.” We apply the topic with the officer’s faction of the indigenous bourgeoisie to the P/NDC and some so-called Marxist working to build an anti-Nkrumahist, anti-Pan-Africanist, and anti-socialist, counter-revolutionary military dictatorship, and then we receive sarcasm, personal attacks, insults, and geographical based characterizations; an emotional outburst. Malcolm X used to say ‘if you throw a stone into a pack of wild dogs, the one that howls the loudest, is the one that got hit.’ Explo, I didn’t name anyone, and you did not address the issues raised in my previous comments. It appears you are trying to personalize the issue as a diversionary tactic to stop me from taking my analysis and evaluation up to the present collaboration between the P/NDC and some of those same Marxist. We see some of them are organizing Founders Day programs [21st September 1909, Kwame Nkrumah’s birthday], Day of Shame [24th February 1966, day of the NLC illegal overthrow of the CPP government], Kwame Nkrumah Centenary Planning Committee and information banks, and the 8th Pan African Congress, together with the Ghana Ministry of Information of the P/NDC administration [which is in the seized NLCD 23 Forfeiture of Assets Decree CPP Headquarters], and being PAID by the P/NDC to define Nkrumah’s ideas for Ghanaians and Africans worldwide. They do this while the P/NDC represses Nkrumahism, Pan-Africanism, and Socialism, constitutionally, with NLC and PNDC Decrees, and through vilifying Kwame Nkrumah and the Convention People’s Party in the national education system, particularly in JHS social studies and SHS government subjects, and on the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) and the West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (WASSCE). This means that Kwame Nkrumah is officially illegal, criminalized, and vilified, in Ghana, by the P/NDC, which these said Marxist who don’t believe in Nkrumahism, are PAID by the P/NDC to define Kwame Nkrumah to Africans today. That is, after they worked to build the P/NDC by organizing those People’s Defense Committees and Committees for the Defense of the Revolution, which were P/NDC structures between 1979 and 1992. Their CDR and PDC work has converted into the counter-revolutionary chameleon,Rawlings, going to Venezuela for Hugo Chavez funeral, pretending to be in solidarity with Muamar Qathafi and Thomas Sankara, going to Addis Ababa for the unveiling of Kwame Nkrumah’s statue at the African Union Headquarters, while all the time pretending to have something in common with revolutionaries; and the P/NDC today pretending to be Nkrumahist and socialist leaning with [social democracy] as the official ‘philosophy.’ Perhaps, you want me to stop before I start writing about the upcoming 8th Pan African Congress in Accra, Ghana, which is being organized by Ugandan neo-colonial government military officer and Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Major General Kahinda Otafari’s organization called the “Pan African Movement” and the neo-colonial P/NDC government, and the role of some of those Bernsteinist-Marxist in the organizing of the said Congress. When struggling for our people we remain principled and put our politics before our economics, unlike some of these Bernsteinist-Marxist who put their economics before their politics. Explo, as an African Nkrumahist with the philosophy if Philosophical Consciencism our ontology is different than yours as an African Marxist with the philosophy of philosophical materialism. We Nkrumahist recognize mind and ideology as immaterial categories of being, which can be measured scientifically based on frequency, amplitude and wave length, with regard to how there is interaction between body and mind, ideology and social practice, and how the mind and ideology effect the material practice of people, with practice and thought moving co-extensively, similar to the way packets of light energy [working energy, ergs] are measured based on the way they cause the emission of electrons from a metallic surface, the photo-electric effect, based on the model of the Quantum Theory for epistemological substantiation. This is why Nkrumah referred to Nkrumahism as a “guiding light” with “determining power,” which enables us to see neo-colonialism’s “slights of hand.” You only recognize matter as the sole reality, which is extensive, without being able to properly describe the relationship of the body to the mind or the relationship of social practice to ideology, denying interaction, and you are unable to contest the scientific accuracy of the Quantum Theory as a model for Philosophical Consciencism, yet you oppose nuclear science as epistemological substance for social phenomena, based on philosophical dogma with an inferiority complex regarding philosophy and ideology. You do this in order to maintain the sole reality of matter as your world view based on the Greco Roman fallacy that the atom is uncuttable. This is what prevents your ability to take dialectics from mass to energy, from body to mind, from philosophical materialism to philosophical consciencism. Kwame Nkrumah solved that problem for Africans with Consciencism and the principles of the Primary Reality of Matter, Co-extensiveness of Matter, Categorical Conversion and Inter-Reducibility; and taking dialectical materialism from changes within matter into changes from matter into immaterial categories of being, like from mass to energy with The Theory of Relativity e=mc² [mass can change into energy under the condition of the speed of light squared]. You limit your science to dialectical materialism without being able to ontologically or epistemologically describe how matter under a given condition can change categorically into energy, space, time, or mind. This is why you identify yourself ideologically based on European contact, based on a philosophy of a lower logical type than Philosophical Consciencism; philosophical materialism. The point in time that you were exposed to Marxism, materially, is the basis for your ideological identity. For me, as an Nkrumahist, my identity is based on the Traditional African Experience, which is the cluster of ideas which emphasize our humanity primarily in our immaterial categories of spirit, mind, and conscience, based on the material conditions and the experience and consciousness of the African people. This is why Africans like WEB Dubois, George Padmore, Frantz Fanon, and Kwame Ture, were able to earn the trust of the African masses inside of Africa and to make their contribution to the African revolution and Pan-Africanism; their ideology and practice, not where they were born. The African experience of class struggle, goes back to the Osirian Revolution in 2100bc cited by Cheik Ante Diop in his book Civilization or Barbarism, and Ibn Khaldun an African in who lived in the 13th century and wrote on surplus value, dialectics, and many other aspects of sociology erroneously ascribed to Marx. Following this principle, class struggle, we trace the presence of Africans outside of Africa to fierce resistance to slave raids and slave wars, imposed by the European capitalist in alliance with the African indigenous bourgeoisie, the Anti-People’s Class. That class resistance struggle does not recognize any agreement between Africans and European slave merchants; it does not accept criteria for justifying forced dislocation, separation, and capture of Africans. The resisting masses did not sell anyone into slavery, but fought against their capture. Therefore, the identity that emerges today from that struggle is AFRICAN PERIOD!!!! Those who represent the continuation of that struggle of the African working masses still hold that position. Marcus Garvey held this position, Kwame Nkrumah held this position, and this is the position of the Pan African Movement, whether at home or abroad, we are AFRICANS PERIOD!!!! Even the African Union recognizes all people of African descent outside of Africa as the “African Diaspora.” This is whether they were born in Africa or the diaspora, as long as they recognize themselves as Africans. The United Nation also recognizes the slave trade and slavery as a “crime against humanity” without any statute of limitations. This is the mass line. Furthermore, America is a settler colonial state on the stolen land of the Indigenous People of the Western Hemisphere. They are the people who received the Qathafi Prize for Human Rights in 1991, and are the rightful owners of the Americas. Certainly all Pan Africanist revolutionaries oppose European settler colonialism in Palestine, South Africa, America, Canada, Australia, and elsewhere, and recognize the right of indigenous people’s to self determination and sovereignty. We see some of these Bernsteinist-Marxist backing the MTC which is social democratic just like the P/NDC, just like they are backing the 8th PAC called by the Ugandan government which is under the military officers faction of the indigenous bourgeoisie just like the P/NDC. It is neo-colonial Bernsteinism-Marxism. You are basing your ideological thinking on the experience of European workers, with the strength coming from their material resources and writings; their organized labor reaching the height of the United Soviet Socialist Republics, which has betrayed socialism. This misguides African workers with a cultural imposition to view the African revolution through the spectacles of white supremacy and African inferiority; especially in the areas of philosophy and ideology. This is why you want to identify me based on my contact with Europeans rather than my history as an African and my 25 years of work as a Nkrumahist Pan Africanist organizer, with more organizing experience inside of Africa than outside of Africa. You are pushing the line of the indigenous Ghanaian bourgeoisie. They are the ones, the Togbe (King), Tonuga (Trade Minister), Adzofia (King of the slave raiders or people robbers), and Adzoha (slave raiders or people robbers), who were making deals with the European slave merchants, selling captured Africans. They are the ones that think those Africans belong to their white buyers [that their condition of captivity is permanent] in a mutual exchange; not the masses! Today the Togbe is Mahama and the Tonuga is Haruna Idrissu, the Adzofia is Rawlings, and they are selling the Ghanaian masses to neo-colonialist with the Economic Partnership Agreement, GMO, and devaluing our currency to 38,000 cedis to one US dollar to accelerate the rate of exploitation of the Ghanaian working masses. This has resulted in mass strikes and demonstrations, in which we are a part of those workers actions, just as we resisted with armed resistance to this clique in the past. The thousands of workers called Haruna Idrissu a thief and wouldn’t listen to him at the demo in Accra on Thursday, 24th July 2014. It is crystal clear that the P/NDC which these Bernsteinist-Marxist are trying to build up with the 8th Pan African Congress is ANTI WORKER. The Bernsteinist-Marxist being paid by the P/NDC to pretend to be Nkrumahist and to suppress the CPP philosophically and ideologically to prevent the working masses from developing a socialist revolutionary vehicle, of course, will erroneously call Africans outside of Africa ‘American,’ based on the thinking of their dominant class, which is the officers faction of the indigenous bourgeoisie, their pay masters under neo-colonialism. This is especially so when the said Africans are in the Pan African Improvement Organization working to strengthen the CPP against the P/NDC with Nkrumahism, bring the CPP and the workers and farmers movements together against GMO and EPA under socialism, and align with revolutionary governments like Cuba and Zimbabwe. This is the same propaganda the US embassy instructed the NLC, to root out all anti-imperialist non-Ghanaian Africans. We even see some Africans in the Diaspora are called Afro-American in the 8th PAC documents to repress, humiliate and degrade them, sideline them, confine them to spending their money as tourist, and to prevent Nkrumahism,Tureism, Diopism, Garveyism, and other Pan-Africanist waves from the Africans outside of Africa from contesting for ideological control of the Congress. This is how they will serve the Ugandan and Ghanaian governments to repress Pan-Africanism both from inside and from outside of Africa, on behalf of neo-colonialism disguised as Marxism. We have already witnessed their recognition of the National Transitional Council and attacks against the Libyan Socialist Jamahiriya during the NATO invasion of Libya, and their cultural arm singing on a boat for Barack Obama. The amplitude of these so called Marxist ideologically is from the indigenous bourgeoisie P/NDC and their material resources, the frequency is to organize a deceptive movement to smother Nkrumahism, to repress the CPP, and to create the appearance that the P/NDC is somehow sentimental to Nkrumahism and the masses, and the wavelength creates the appearance that the Nkrumahist forces in Ghana are aligned to the P/NDC under social democracy to maintain the advantage over the other faction of the indigenous bourgeoisie, the New Patriotic Party. Today they are even going to try to take the Pan-African Congress, which was built by African worldwide, with this despicable disguise. It is also interesting that you have been attempting to organize speaking engagements for Africans from the US in the AAPRP-GC, here in Ghana. This organization is the name you threw out when you came to the US/NATO Hands off Libya! Hands off Africa! Coalition [you correctly assumed that by using that name it would bring some trust]; after we were released from lock up in the Bureau of National Investigation cells, for attempting to march on the US embassy on 21 September 2011 in the Qathafi Victory March! You proposed bringing Cynthia McKinney for another march, which you never delivered. When I mentioned your relationship to the Insight Newspaper as its foreign correspondent, with Kwesi Pratt as the editor [the head for the West African organizing committee for the 8th PAC and a member of the Kwame Nkrumah Centenary Planning Committee (the Committee which received over a million dollars from the P/NDC) an avowed Marxist], you dismissed it as in the past. We have also witnessed your name being on the speakers list for the AAPRP-GC’s African Liberation Day 2013 program in Washington DC. You even mentioned your history working with the AAPRP in England. I’m certain that you have seen the Party’s line, “Africans in America,” “Africans in England,” “Africans Period.” You didn’t call any of the Africans in the US/NATO Hands off Libya! Hands off Africa! Coalition, ‘american.’ It seems that the line, “the NDC is the NLC” is a soft spot that some Bernsteinist-Marxist don’t want the Pan-African world to see, because of a hidden agenda to repress Nkrumahism and Pan-Africanism under the auspices of Marxism controlled by the officers faction of the indigenous bourgeoisie under neo-colonialism. It’s you that mentioned names and opportunism, not me. THE NDC IS THE NLC!!!! If you want further information on the said topic, search “the NDC Bernsteinism-Marxism Neo-Colonial Deception,” “Why the 1992 Constitution is a Criminal Imposition on Nkrumah, Ghanaians, and Africans” and “In Defense of Kwame Nkrumah.” Akili Secka
