Qualification as a Chartered Accountant or - Certified Public Accountant, or equivalent qualifications will be an asset - Must have extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Must be familiar with best practices in the professional field of accounting & audit - Strong knowledge of terminal/port industry and operations will be highly beneficial - Experience in dealing with local authorities is required - Must have had broad exposure to systems audit functions. - Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills. - Requires effective interpersonal skills, especially the ability to listen and clarify. - Requires verbal and written communications skills in English at the advanced level. - Requires excellent analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyse data. - Must have excellent computer skills & proficiency.
