Internal Regulations or Internal Order Regulations (previously used notion before the Labour Code republication) is a document which regulates labor discipline rules of conduct and behavior for working personnel, who perform in an economic unit. Internal Regulation is a legal act of the employer, elaborated in consultation with the trade union or employee representatives. Preparing Internal Regulation is mandatory by law for all employers, regardless of the employees number, but there isn’t an explicit penalty for failure to elaborate Internal Regulations.
