International Coordinator (UAE Nationals Only) - THE PETROLEUM INSTITUTE: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in maintaining PI current international partnerships in coordination with Director of External Relations and Collaborations at other stakeholder at PI. • Assist in identifying and assessing PI potential international partnerships according to PI needs and concerns and in collaboration with relevant stakeholders in PI. • Coordinate with PI Public Relations Function and other stakeholders to plan and schedule any international events and activities to maintain and identify any current or potential partnerships to support PI towards achieving its vision. • Assist in reviewing, drafting and finalizing MOUs and contracts with potential partners. • Follow up and coordinate all activities with PI partners according to the signed agreements/contracts. • Receive and respond to international partnerships inquiries and, where appropriate, refer to other divisions/departments within PI for answers. • Maintain and update all records that are related to the PI international partnerships in terms of MOUs, contracts, reports…etc. • Provide support to other functions within the external relations and collaborations as needed and according to the instructions of the Director of the External Relations and Collaborations. • Prepare periodic reports with regards to the activities and achievements of the international partnerships to be submitted to the Director of External Relations and Collaborations. • Perform other tasks and duties that may be from time to time required in order to meet the requirements of the role and the aims of the University.
