Fax: (336) 62 18 41 75 US Fax: (1)888 923 1200 Avenue Lamlin – Tour BIAO – 12è Etage – Abidjan Plateau – BP 1874 Abidjan 06 Republic of Cote d’ Ivoire Bureau de Coopération - France: 4 allée des Iris – 77230 – Juilly, France Web : oide-dev.org Let all be aware of Nomination Decision No. 985/IOED/PEC/IGFM, appointing Serghei Ghelici as Official Deputy Ambassador and Resident Representative to The Republic of Moldova For The International Organization for Economic Development Whereas, the I.O.E.D.’s Constitutive Deed is dated May 31st, 2005; Whereas, the I.O.E.D sites the Headquarters Agreements between the government of the Republic of Congo Brazzaville and the I.O.E.D. dated October 2nd, 2009 conferring to the I.O.E.D. “The Particular and Extraterritorial Status” based upon the Vienna 18th April 1961 Convention on Diplomatic and Consular Relations; Whereas, the Minutes of the Board of Directors deliberations dated April 28th, 2008 appointing and stating the powers of The Executive President of the I.O.E.D. as the President of the Institutions Governors Counsel; Whereas, the Minutes of the Extraordinary General Assembly on May 16th, 20; Decides today, 11/07/2013 that: Article 1: Serghei Ghelici is now hereby appointed as Deputy Ambassador and Resident Representative for the I.O.E.D. to The Republic of Moldova. Article 2: The international status of the I.O.E.D. puts the Deputy Ambassador and Resident Representative under the obligation to abide by good morality, reserve, discretion and overall good behavior. Article 3: In addition to the general obligations as mentioned in Article 2, the Deputy Ambassador and Resident Representative must also abide by the other obligations and duties described in the I.O.E.D. bylaws. Article 4: The I.O.E.D. Human Resources Director is entrusted to enforce this present decision, which takes effect as of the date that the Deputy Ambassador and Resident Representative effectively begins duty. Article 5: This present decision is linked to the Hiring Contract which shall outline duties as well as all pertaining prerogatives related to the position herein. Signed and effective as of the date noted above by Executive President Louis Koffi Laoure.
