International youth exchange "Tabula rasa", Carpathians, Ukraine, August 10-18, 2013 Participants profile: - Able to work in English - Interest and motivation to participate to the project and contribute to its program with ideas, information, proposals for discussions, etc. - Between 18 and 25 years old (applicants between 25 and 30 years old can be considered as well) - Available to join for the whole duration of the project - Residing in one of the 7 countries participating in the project (Romania, Germany, Armenia, Belarus, Ukraine, Spain and Moldova) Financial conditions: All costs concerning meals and accommodation, as well as the program and materials will be fully covered for the whole duration of the youth exchange. Travel costs will be reimbursed 70% with the following maximum: 400 Euro for Armenia and Spain, 300 Euro for Germany, 200 Euro for Romania, 100 for Ukraine and Moldova, and 150 Euro for Belarus.
