Internship Digital Asset Production Tommy Hilfiger - Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, The Netherlands Job description Core accountabilities: Assist the Studio 11 team (in Hoofddorp). The position requires a strong understanding of Excel and experience with systems as the candidate will learn our PHOMAS system (Photo management) to track the complex and diverse progress of products arriving, being photographed and leaving the studio. Manual work and coordination of day to day tasks will be required such as moving and sorting boxes of product, ensuring the general upkeep of the studio and helping to leave it clean at the end of each day. Learning objectives: Gain a good understanding of the seasonal cycle in the studio with an expansion to TH e-com as a whole to understand the flow of work prior to the studio taking over which will involve spending some days with other team members in HQ. Investigate and identify potential areas of improvement that would have a high business impact on efficiency and/or budget providing a detailed strategy showing cause, effect and implementation. Desired Skills and Experience Educational requirements: University, studying towards Business or Logistics Good communication skills. Fluent in English, speaking and writing IT skills: Excellent in MS Office especially Excel Personal: Flexible. It is a requirement that the candidate is still enrolled in a university or school program. The candidate must be eligible to work in the EU. Start date: March 2015, fulltime for 6 months.
