Internship: Software Developer Are you looking for an internship in a professional and exciting environment, where you will be challenged by exciting software development? Systematic is looking for a number of talented software engineering interns for our headquarters in Aarhus. As a software engineering intern, you will participate in one of our many software development projects, while taking part in delivering value to our customers. The internship will last 5-6 months from January/February to June depending on your study program and requirements for ECTS points. The position is paid. The job One scenario is that you will be a member of a project development team. This means that you will be responsible for parts of the software development on equal terms with the other team members. Another scenario is that you will be working with prototyping and innovating new applications or features. This means that you will be working independently, but still in close contact with colleagues, who will be able to give you feedback. You will be working with a wide range of technologies and methods, examples of which could be: • Development of Web-based and scalable server solutions using either Microsoft .NET or Java technologies, as well as a wide variety of web technologies (JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS) • Development of standalone applications from client / server to distributed solutions • Service Oriented Architecture, Service Bus, Service Orchestration • Web Service technologies (REST, SOAP, WS-*) • XML technologies (OIOXML, XSD, XPath, XQuery) • Information Management and Storage (SQL Server, Oracle, Hibernate) • Microsoft technologies (WCF, WPF, WWF) • Java technologies (JEE, J2SE) • Use Cases / Stories / Scenarios UML and Design Patterns Your skills and personality You are a student and have yet not completed your IKT-engineering, computer science, Cand.IT in software design or the like. You have the ability to work both as part of a team and independently. You take responsibility for your tasks, are curious and have the drive and abilities necessary to develop innovative software solutions. As a person you are extrovert, have a positive approach to work and are open to new tasks and challenges. You act proactively and have a high drive.
