Internship with MeThinks Media & TV Network – Web Design/Development/Support MeThinks Media (MTM) seeks a webmaster intern to join our team. Are you astute, super tech savvy, and practical? Are you interested in helping to launch, manage, and enhance our websites? If so, we want to hear from you. You will work with key executives and be given significant opportunity and responsibility. Very hands on opportunity to work on Webmaster skills and Marketing skills. Great opportunity to highly motivated person to learn, grow, and work in fast paced and fun atmosphere. Strong design and strong writing skills required. Internship is unpaid and eligible for school credit. Possibility of long-term employment following internship. Interns will work out of the MTM offices in Irvine, CA. Duties: WEB development, design, content management system architecture. Front-End Web Programmer and back end scripting. Help coordinate, maintain, improve and manage the organizations marketing programs including web-based publications and future-growth websites. Manage company websites and oversee ongoing development efforts on a daily basis Work with the web designers and web developers on various projects related to website redesign Ensure strong maximization and functionality throughout the websites Responsible for all aspects of the company website including operations, coding, testing, routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Requirements: Comfortable with front end web design and multimedia Skilled with the use of adobe create suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc) Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (including Powerpoint, Excel, Word) Extremely proficient in Wordpress Knowledge of C++, SQL, HTML and CSS, CMS, code to render, content management systems and/or site administration tools Proficient with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and similar editing software Strong design and strong writing skills required.
