Interview report: I had an hour long meeting with the woman I would directly report to as well as the directory of finance and administration. They were complimentary of my resume and work credentials, and recognized that I possess a unique combination of skills that would be ideal for the organization. I felt it was a positive meeting overall, but I know that there were numerous applicants and just hope that no one else has the background and experience that I do. They hope to have someone start the end of October or beginning of November, and there is the added blessing that there would be some overlap with the person who has held the position for the last 16 years, so that I would have the benefit of tapping into her expertise before she retires. I have left the whole matter confidently in Gods hands, but I hope I dont have to wait long for an answer! Meanwhile, I continue to paint my way through my home as I have plenty of time on my hands. I have now started on the kitchen cabinets - a mammoth project. I am grateful to all those who have petitioned the heavens on my behalf and have offered your words of support and encouragement. It means so much to me to know that you are lifting me up and cheering me on!!
