Introducing UNBREAKABLE FRIDAYS with Coach Shaun Provost featuring the Unbreakable Tenacious SGX Challenge How tenacious are YOU? Coach Shaun challenges you to give up your favorite (bad) food for one month, and replace that bad habit with a positive, healthy exercise. By picking your least favorite exercise and completing 10 reps each day, you are strengthening your mind, body, and tenacity! Continuously doing this exercise will help you get over the mental aspect of pushing through the pain and discontent, and help you focus on being a stronger Spartan! Complete this month long challenge and you will become UNBREAKABLE! Coach Shaun is giving up nachos for one month, and replacing them with 10 frenchies every day.
