Introducing our new Operations Manager It gives me great pleasure to introduce Miss Rachel Mulcahy, the Clubs new operations Manager. Rachel comes to us from Magnetic North Netball where she was responsible for training, marketing and management at both club and association levels of North Queensland Netball including the very successful Magnetic North Steelcats and related feeder and development programs. Rachel will be responsible for all Operational matters of the Club. Working closely with the Heads of Discipline to develop and implement strategies and programs for a cohesive and overarching sports curriculum, including general and competitive programs, and the sourcing of resources, funding and facilities that will move the Club forward at a a commercial, community and industry level. Rachel will be starting in the Operations Manager role on Monday 15th of September, and will report directly to the Management Committee. Please join me in welcoming Rachel to our Team. I will formally introduce her to all of you next Friday at the Staff meeting, however in the mean time please make an effort to introduce yourself to her next week, and provide any assistance she may require as she begins her role at the Club.
