Introducing the INTRO TO FITNESS, no more excuses. No crazy, extreme or insane grueling workouts. Are you NEW to FITNESS? Looking to just GET STARTED? Does the thought of the EXTREME programs you see keep you from getting started? Well, Tony Horton just released P90 (notice, no X for Extreme here) the ON switch to fitness and Im looking for 3-5 people who are ready to drop all excuses and get ready to get in the best shape of their life by Christmas with about 30-minutes per day of fun exercise that ANYONE CAN DO. Im starting a support and accountability group in October for those who are SERIOUS and READY to make a change.
