Introduction to local talent Vasi Hunton - pianist, singer, songwriter, and actress. A 17 year old San Diego native, her love for music became apparent at an early age. At 7 years old, she began piano lessons, something she at first dreaded, but is now thankful she stuck with. Around 11 years old, she began working with vocal coach and mentor Peggy Lebo. Vasis purpose for creating art is to inspire others. She believes that music is therapeutic and can change a perspective or inspire a community. She will be performing her original songs, as well as her own arrangements of artists she admires.
