NATURALEZA DEL CARGO (Breve descripción de las funciones): The Business Intelligence Analyst will be in charge of analyzing large data sets associated with our marketing, customer service, technology, and other units, in order to come up with ideas and strategies that contribute toward our growth, consolidation and operational efficiency. On a daily basis, the BI Analyst will report to the BI Director; interact with business unit heads; gather information from users and restaurants to develop business insights; pull large data sets from our databases; process mentioned data sets and build intuitive business reports; based on data, elaborate on strategies and business opportunities, etc. The role is pretty entertaining given its rotational and holistic approach to our business. The BI team deals with specific projects over determined periods regarding different issues or opportunities.
